Troy being the more scholarly one and Brian being more comical one.
It turned out that Troy became a bean counter and Chef Brian became the bean cooker lol.
Chef Brian worked at several different restaurants, cafeterias, bars and taverns.
To owning two catering businesses, one in San Diego, CA (Queen City Redd's Catering) and Notarized Catering LLC here in Charlotte.
Chef Brian needed much help with the Administrative side of business and a few coins. Chef Brian partnered with Troy and we launched Notarized Catering LLC. Established June 7, 2017.
Notarized Catering LLC specializes in, "Southern Comfort Food with a Fine Dining Twist". We also prepare customized meal plans, corporate lunches, banquet dinners, intimate dinners, and fundraiser events.
