Meet the Team

Brian Soles, Executive Chef

Chef Brian possesses over 20 years of culinary experience. His first catering venture was "Queen City Redd's Catering," which specializes in meals for the sick and shut in. Today, Chef Brian's clientele includes many prominent celebrities and organizations, such as Bank of America, Johnson and Wales, the Charlotte Hornets, and the Carolina Panthers. Chef Brian is proud to create smiles for the people of his hometown with, "Notarized Catering."


The biggest reward of being in the food/hospitality industry: “Meeting new people that inspire my creativity."

Troy Wright, Financial Manager

Troy received his Bachelor's degree in Finance from Morehouse College and his MBA from Emory University.  He has an extensive professional career ranging from working with top companies including International Paper, Caesars Palace, and KIPP Metro Atlanta, in an accounting/finance leadership role.   


Hobbies:  Troy loves to travel and enjoys riding his motorcycle.

More About Us

Troy and Brian’s brotherhood began in the fourth grade when they met at the water fountain at Hidden Valley Elementary School. They were later in the same 5th and 6th-grade class where they soon became fast friends. Brian was the class comedian, and Troy was the studious student. It was the perfect friendship of opposites. Brian would go over to Troy’s house every day after school, and they would ride their bicycles around the Hidden Valley neighborhood, playing football, basketball, and video games.  

Their friendship continued throughout adulthood. Troy’s path led him into an accounting/finance career trek, and Brian pursued his love of the culinary arts. In 2017, their brotherhood led to their decision to form Notarized Catering.
